# Sentencing Act 2020, Paragraph 80


In section 75(3)(a) of that Act—
(a) after “section 14 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000” insert “ or section 82 of the Sentencing Code ”;
(b) omit “probation or”.
