# Sentencing Act 2020, Paragraph 9


In section 9(1A) of the Criminal Appeal Act 1968—
(a) for “subsection (2) or (4) of section 269 of the Criminal Justice Act 2003” substitute “ section 321 of the Sentencing Code ”;
(b) for “section 277 of that Act” substitute “ section 324 of that Code ”.
