# Sentencing Act 2020, Paragraph 95


In section 108(6) of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988, for “section 143 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000” substitute “ section 153 of the Sentencing Code ”.
