# Sentencing Act 2020, Paragraph 97


In Schedule 2 to the Housing Act 1988, under Condition 3 of Ground 7A, after “section 30 of the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014” insert or “ section 339 of the Sentencing Code ”.
