# Sentencing Act 2020, Paragraph 20


In section 202 (order with community requirements: disapplication of certain provisions)—
(a) for “Chapter 4 of Part 12 of the 2003 Act” substitute “ the Sentencing Code ”;
(b) for “section 207(3)(a)(ii)” substitute “ paragraph 17(2)(c) of Schedule 9 ”;
(c) for “section 219(3)” substitute “ section 298(4) ”.
