# Sentencing Act 2020, Paragraph 29


(1) Section 209 (offenders under 18 convicted of certain serious offences: power to detain for specified period) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (2)(a), for “18” substitute “ 21 ”.
(3) In subsection (6), for “18” substitute “ 21 ”.
