(a)

in subsection (1), for “Section 101(13) of the Sentencing Act” substitute “ Section 238(3) of the Sentencing Code ”;

(b)

in subsection (3), for “section 107 of the Sentencing Act” substitute “ section 248 of the Sentencing Code ”.
