  "text": "(1) Section 283 (imprisonment: maximum term) is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (1), for “12 months” substitute “ 6 months ”.\n(3) In subsection (2), for “65 weeks” substitute “ 12 months ”.\n(4) At the end insert—\n“(3) In this section, references to imprisonment include detention in a young offender institution.”",
