# Sentencing Act 2020, Paragraph 74


In section 302 (remission of certain sentences on passing of custodial sentence etc), in subsection (3)(b), for “section 104 of the Sentencing Act” substitute “ paragraph 3 of Schedule 12 to the Sentencing Code ”.
