# Sentencing Act 2020, Paragraph 16

Status: prospective

In section 227A (offences of threatening with a weapon in public or on school premises)—
(a) omit subsection (1A);
(b) in subsection (2), omit “Where the offender is aged 21 or over at the time of conviction,”.
