  "text": "Instructions given by, or under the authority of, a person in charge of any place under any of the following provisions—\n(a) paragraph 3(2)(b) (specified place obligation),\n(b) paragraph 5(2)(a)(iii) (residential exercise obligation),\n(c) paragraph 6(4) (obligation at place specified by responsible officer), or\n(d) paragraph 6(9) (residential exercise at place specified by responsible officer),\nmay require the offender to engage in activities otherwise than at that place.",
