  "text": "(1) Part 2 of the Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988 makes further provision about driving disqualification.\nProvision applying to driving disqualification orders under this Chapter\n(2) For provision about the effect of driving disqualification orders under this Chapter see in particular—\n(a) section 37 (effect of order of disqualification);\n(b) sections 39, 40 and 42 (suspension and removal of disqualification);\n(c) section 43 (rule for determining end of period of disqualification).\nOther orders under that Act available on conviction of certain offences\n(3) For other orders available on conviction of certain road traffic offences see, in particular, the following provisions of that Act—\n(a) section 34 (disqualification);\n(b) section 35 (disqualification for repeated offences);\n(c) section 36 (disqualification until test is passed);\n(d) section 44 (endorsement of driving record).",
