  "heading": "Youth rehabilitation orders: interpretation",
  "text": "In this Chapter, except where the contrary intention appears—\n“end date”, in relation to a youth rehabilitation order, means the date for the time being specified in the order under—\n(a)section 187 (youth rehabilitation order to specify end date),\n(b)paragraph 10(4) of Schedule 7 (power to substitute later end date on breach), or\n(c)paragraph 18(1) of that Schedule (extension of order);\n“home local justice area”, in relation to a youth rehabilitation order, means the local justice area for the time being specified in the order under—\n(a)section 188, or\n(b)paragraph 15(2) of Schedule 7;\n“the responsible officer”, in relation to an offender to whom a youth rehabilitation order relates, has the meaning given by section 191;\n“youth rehabilitation requirement” has the meaning given by section 173.",
