  "text": "Where—\n(a) a person is convicted on indictment of an offence under any enactment which is punishable with imprisonment, and\n(b) no enactment—\n(i) limits the sentence to a specified term, or\n(ii) expresses it to extend to imprisonment for life,\nthe person is liable to imprisonment for not more than 2 years.",
