# Sentencing Act 2020, Section 303: Breach or amendment of suspended sentence order, and effect of further conviction


Schedule 16 makes provision about—
(a) the effect of any further conviction where an offender is subject to a suspended sentence order,
(aa) termination of the supervision period of a suspended sentence order, and
(b) breach or amendment of the community requirements of a suspended sentence order.
