  "heading": "Retention and disposal of things seized under section 342E",
  "text": "(1) Any thing seized by a constable under section 342E may be retained in accordance with regulations made by the Secretary of State under this section.\n(2) The Secretary of State may by regulations make provision—\n(a) regulating the retention and safekeeping of things seized by a constable under section 342E, and\n(b) regulating the disposal and destruction of such things in such circumstances as the regulations may prescribed.\n(3) Regulations under this section are subject to the negative resolution procedure.",
