  "heading": "Sexual harm prevention orders: matters to be specified",
  "text": "(1) A sexual harm prevention order must specify—\n(a) the prohibitions and requirements included in the order, and\n(b) for each prohibition or requirement, the period for which it is to have effect (the “specified period”).\nSee section 348 for further matters to be included in the case of a prohibition on travelling to any country outside the United Kingdom.\n(2) The specified period must be—\n(a) a fixed period of not less than 5 years, or\n(b) an indefinite period (so that the prohibition or requirement has effect until further order).\nThis is subject to section 348(1) (prohibition on foreign travel).\n(3) A sexual harm prevention order—\n(a) may specify fixed periods for some of its prohibitions or requirements and an indefinite period for others;\n(b) may specify different periods for different prohibitions or requirements.",
