  "heading": "Procedure for varying or discharging restraining order",
  "text": "(1) Where a person is subject to a restraining order—\n(a) that person,\n(b) the prosecution, or\n(c) any other person mentioned in the order,\nmay apply to the court which made the order for it to be varied or discharged by a further order.\n(2) Any person mentioned in the order is entitled to be heard on the hearing of an application under subsection (1).",
