# Sentencing Act 2020, Section 364: Restraining orders: meaning of “conduct” and “harassment”


For the purposes of this Chapter—
“conduct” includes speech;
“harassment”, in relation to a person, includes—
(a)alarming the person, or
(b)causing the person distress.
