  "text": "(1) For further orders available to a court dealing with an offender for particular offences in particular circumstances, see the following—\nProvision\nType of order\nType of offence\nCriminal Justice and Police Act 2001\nsection 33\ntravel restriction order\nsentence of imprisonment for certain drug-trafficking offences\nLicensed Premises (Exclusion of Certain Persons) Act 1980\nsection 1\nexclusion order\ncertain offences committed on licensed premises\nFootball Spectators Act 1989\nsection 14A(3)\nbanning order under Part 2\nrelevant offence within the meaning of that Part\nSerious Crime Act 2007\nsection 19\nserious crime prevention order\nserious offence in England and Wales\nModern Slavery Act 2015\nsection 14\nslavery and trafficking prevention order\nslavery or human trafficking offence (see Schedule 1)\nPsychoactive Substances Act 2016\nsection 19\nprohibition order\noffence under section 4 to 8 of that Act and related offences.\nElections Act 2022\nsection 30\ndisqualification order\nSchedule 9 offence within the meaning of section 30 of that Act.\nPublic Order Act 2023\nsection 20\nserious disruption prevention order\nprotest-related offence within the meaning of Part 2 of that Act.\nNorthern Ireland Troubles (Legacy and Reconciliation) Act 2023\nsection 26\nrevocation of immunity under that Act\nmaking of false statements\nEmployment Rights Act 2025\nsection 125\nlabour market enforcement order\nlabour market offence within the meaning of Part 5 of that Act.\n(2) Part 2 of the Sexual Offences Act 2003 makes provision about notification requirements in the case of a person convicted of an offence listed in Schedule 3 to that Act (sexual offences for the purposes of that Part of that Act).",
