  "text": "(1) For other duties of the court dealing with an offender for an offence to give reasons, in certain circumstances, for a decision not to make an order, see—\nDuty to give reasons\nType of order\nType of offence\nCriminal Justice and Police Act 2001\nsection 33(2)(c)\ntravel restriction order under section 33\nsentence of imprisonment for certain drug-trafficking offences\nAnimal Welfare Act 2006\nsection 33(6)\norder under section 33 (deprivation)\ncertain offences under that Act\nsection 34(8)\norder under section 34 (disqualification)\ncertain offences under that Act\nFootball Spectators Act 1989\nsection 14A(3)\nbanning order under Part 2\nrelevant offence within the meaning of that Part\nPrevention of Social Housing Fraud Act 2013\nsection 4(4)\nunlawful profit order under section 4\noffence under section 1 or 2\nModern Slavery Act 2015\nsection 8(7)(b)\nslavery and trafficking reparation order\noffence under section 1, 2 or 4\n(2) Nothing in this section is to be taken to affect—\n(a) any power to make an order mentioned in the table in subsection (1), or\n(b) any requirement to give reasons for a decision not to exercise any power to make an order not mentioned in the table.",
