  "text": "(1) The Sexual Offences Act 2003 is amended as follows.\n(2) In Schedule 3 (sexual offences for the purposes of Part 2 of that Act), after paragraph 94, insert—\n“94A A reference in a preceding paragraph to an offence (“offence A”) includes a reference to an offence under Part 2 of the Serious Crime Act 2007 in relation to which offence A is the offence (or one of the offences) which the person intended or believed would be committed.”\n(3) In Schedule 5 (other offences which are relevant for the purposes of Part 2 of the Act), after paragraph 173, insert—\n“173A A reference in a preceding paragraph to an offence (“offence A”) includes a reference to an offence under Part 2 of the Serious Crime Act 2007 in relation to which offence A is the offence (or one of the offences) which the person intended or believed would be committed.”",
