# Serious Crime Act 2007, Paragraph 109


(1) Section 361 (further provisions) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (7) for “The Director” substitute “ An appropriate officer ”.
(3) In subsection (9) for “the Director” substitute “ an appropriate officer ”.
