# Serious Crime Act 2007, Paragraph 112


In section 375(4) (supplementary)—
(a) after “investigator,”, where it first appears, insert “ a member of SOCA's staff, ”; and
(b) after “investigator,”, where it appears for the second time, insert “ member of SOCA's staff, ”.
