# Serious Crime Act 2007, Paragraph 15


(1) Section 28 (defendant neither convicted nor acquitted) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (3)(a) omit “or the Director”.
(3) In subsection (5)(b) omit “or the Director (as the case may be)”.
