# Serious Crime Act 2007, Paragraph 49


(1) Section 178 (defendant neither convicted nor acquitted) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (3)(a) omit “or the Director”.
(3) In subsection (5)(b) omit “or the Director (as the case may be)”.
