# Serious Crime Act 2007, Paragraph 62


(1) Section 210 (further applications) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (1) for “, 198 or 200” substitute “ or 198 ”.
(3) In subsection (2)(b) omit “or 200”.
(4) In subsection (3) omit “or 200”.
