# Serious Crime Act 2007, Paragraph 96


(1) Section 320 (appeals) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (1) for “the Director” substitute “ SOCA ”.
(3) In subsection (2)—
(a) for “the Director” substitute “ SOCA ”; and
(b) for “his” substitute “ its ”.
