# Serious Crime Act 2015, Paragraph 22


(1) Section 31 (other partnerships) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (3), after “England and Wales”, in both places, insert “ , Scotland, ”.
(3) In subsection (6)(b) omit sub-paragraph (ii).
