# Serious Crime Act 2015, Paragraph 26


In section 39 (compliance with orders: authorised monitors), in the definition of “law enforcement agency” in subsection (10), after paragraph (zc) insert—
“(zd) the chief constable of the Police Service of Scotland;”.
