  "text": "(1) In this Schedule—\n“all-premises warrant” and “specific-premises warrant” have the meaning given in section 52(3);\n“senior officer” means—\n(a)a police officer of at least the rank of inspector;\n(b)a National Crime Agency officer of grade 3 or above.\n(2) An authorisation under paragraph 3 or 4 must be in writing.",
