# Serious Crime Act 2015, Paragraph 16


In section 222 of that Act (transfer of fine orders), in subsection (8), for “section 31 of the Powers of Criminal Courts Act 1973” substitute “ section 139 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000 ”.
