# Serious Crime Act 2015, Paragraph 48


(1) Section 181 of that Act (appeal to Court of Appeal) is amended as follows.
(2) In the heading, after “prosecutor” insert “ etc ”.
(3) In subsection (3), after “by virtue of section” insert “ 160A, ”.
