# Serious Crime Act 2015, Paragraph 59


In Schedule 10 to that Act, in paragraph 1 (disapplication of special income tax and capital gains tax rules for receivers), after paragraph (d) insert—
“(da) a PPO receiver appointed under section 255G;”.
