  "text": "(1) Schedule 1 to that Act (serious offences) is amended as follows.\n(2) In Part 1 (serious offences in England and Wales), in paragraph 4 (prostitution and child sex), in sub-paragraph (2)—\n(a) in paragraph (b), for “child prostitution or pornography” substitute “ sexual exploitation of a child ”;\n(b) in paragraph (c), for “prostitute or a child involved in pornography” substitute “ in relation to sexual exploitation ”;\n(c) in paragraph (d), for “child prostitution or pornography” substitute “ sexual exploitation of a child ”.\n(3) In that Part, after paragraph 13 insert—\n“Organised crime\n13A An offence under section 45 of the Serious Crime Act 2015 (participating in activities of organised crime group).”\n(4) In Part 2 (serious offences in Northern Ireland), for the heading before paragraph 19 substitute— “ Firearms offences ”.",
