# Serious Crime Act 2015, Paragraph 88


(1) Part 3 of that Schedule (advocacy: exclusion and exceptions) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 6—
(a) omit “and” at the end of paragraph (c);
(b) at the end insert
“, and
(e) proceedings for the variation or discharge of an order under paragraph 1 of Schedule 2 to the Female Genital Mutilation Act 2003.”
(3) In paragraph 8—
(a) omit “and” at the end of paragraph (c);
(b) at the end insert
“, and
(e) proceedings for the variation or discharge of an order under paragraph 1 of Schedule 2 to the Female Genital Mutilation Act 2003.”
