  "text": "REGISTRATION OF BIRTHS, DEATHS, MARRIAGES, ETC.\nMade 26th July 1988\nComing into force 1st October 1988\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 26th day of July 1988\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nHer Majesty, in pursuance of the powers conferred upon Her by sections 1, 2, 3, 5 and 6 of the Registration of Births, Deaths and Marriages (Special Provisions) Act 1957 and of all other powers Her enabling, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:—",
