The Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council
Her Majesty, in pursuance of the powers conferred upon Her by sections 1, 2, 3, 5 and 6 of the Registration of Births, Deaths and Marriages (Special Provisions) Act 1957 and of all other powers Her enabling, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:—
