# The Service Departments Registers (Amendment) Order 2002, Article 2: Amendment of the 1959 Order


Article 5(1) of the 1959 Order shall be amended as follows:
(1) for the words “subsection (3) of section three” shall be substituted “section 3(3) or section 3A”; and
(2) for the words “that subsection” shall be substituted “section 3(3) or section 3A”.
