  "long_title": "The Registration of Births, Deaths and Marriages (Special Provisions) Act 1957 (“the 1957 Act”) empowers Her Majesty to provide by Order in Council for the keeping of records of births, deaths and marriages relating to HM armed forces and associated civilians. The Services Departments Registers Order 1959 (“the 1959 Order”) sets out the relevant provisions. Schedule 27 of the Civil Partnership Act 2004 amended the 1957 Act to extend the keeping of records to civil partnerships. This Order further amends the 1959 Order to make the necessary provision for the keeping of records of civil partnerships.",
