  "text": "Registration Of Births, Deaths, Marriages, Etc.\nMade 8th July 2009\nComing into force 1st September 2009\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 8th day of July 2009\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nHer Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her by sections 1(1), (2) and (4), 2, and 6 of the Registration of Births, Deaths and Marriages (Special Provisions) Act 1957, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:",
