Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her by sections 1(1), (2) and (4), 2, and 6 of the Registration of Births, Deaths and Marriages (Special Provisions) Act 1957, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:
