# The Service Subsidy Agreements (Tendering) (Amendment) Regulations 1994, Note: Explanatory note

These Regulations amend the Service Subsidy Agreements (Tendering) Regulations 1985 by increasing the financial thresholds by reference to which certain service subsidy agreements are excluded from the tendering requirements in section 89 of the Transport Act 1985.
