  "text": "(1) The Service Subsidy Agreements (Tendering) Regulations 1985 are amended as follows.\n(2) In regulation 3(1)(b)–\n(a) for “10,000”, in both places where it occurs, there shall be substituted “£12,000”, and\n(b) in paragraph (iii) for “£50,000” there shall be substituted “£70,000”.",
