# The Set-Aside Access (Scotland) Amendment and Revocation Regulations 1996, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Set-Aside Access (Scotland) Amendment and Revocation Regulations 1996 and shall come into force on 1st January 1997.
(2) In these Regulations, “the principal Regulations” means the Set-Aside Access (Scotland) Regulations 1994.
