# The Set-Aside Access (Scotland) Amendment and Revocation Regulations 1996, Regulation 2: Application


Regulations 3 to 7 of these Regulations apply with effect from 1st January 1997 to undertakings given before that date under the principal Regulations but only in respect of actions taken and events occurring on or after that date.
