# The Set-Aside (Amendment) Regulations 1990, Regulation 16: Obligation to permit entry and inspection


In regulation 15 of the principal Regulations–
(a) in paragraph (1)(a) for “7(2)” there shall be substituted “7(3)”; and
(b) in paragraph (2)(b) for “7(2)” there shall be substituted “7(3)”.
