Regulation 17 Withholding and recovery of aid

In regulation 16 of the principal Regulations–

(a)

in paragraph 2(b) for “7(2)” there shall be substituted “7(3)”; and

(b)

after paragraph (3) there shall be inserted the following paragraph:

“(3A)

In addition to withholding or recovering aid under paragraphs (1), (2) or (3) the Minister may treat as terminated all the undertakings given by the beneficiary under these Regulations.”.
