# The Set-Aside Regulations 1988, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Set-Aside Regulations 1988 and shall come into force on the day after the day on which these Regulations are made.
(2) These Regulations shall apply to Great Britain.
