Article 2 Related alterations of district ward boundaries

(1)

The area that ceases to be part of the parish of Chevening and becomes part of the parish of Sevenoaks Weald in consequence of the 2014 Order ceases to be part of the district ward of Brasted, Chevening & Sundridge and becomes part of the district ward of Seal & Weald.

(2)

In this article—

  • “district ward” means a district ward established by article 2 of the Sevenoaks (Electoral Changes) Order 2001f1; and

  • “the 2014 Order” means the Sevenoaks District Council (Reorganisation of Community Governance) Order 2014 No.2f2.
